Did you not read the Terms of Service when you signed up? Or when Greg advised you to read it? This is a privately owned/operated forum, not subject to the 1st or any other Amendment, so therefore no one is violating any of your rights. Please take a minute to understand how the Constitution is applied.

The Politics Forum has rules just the same as any other forum has rules. When someone violates those rules, there are consequences. Your buddy was not banned permanently, just given a week's vacation, so get over it. If you freak out over something like this, what do you do when you're confronted with an actual life emergency? Remind me not to call you when the balloon goes up or the goblins are at my door.

Also, http://www.dictionary.com is your friend. "Miss use" is nowhere near "misuse". Your G however is just the other side of pimpin' however.

And just so you know, it's NICO policy not to discuss these types of administrative matters publicly, it's not fair to all parties involved and ultimately serves no beneficial purpose to the forums.

FYI, starting a new thread about a deleted/removed thread is poor net etiquette. In the future you should contact a Mod or Admin if you have a question about your thread.

And if you review the TOS, you'll know NICO clearly spells out it's position of Freedom of Speech and how it doesn't apply here.
