Nobody makes an aftermarket grill for Y33, it's either a Cima grill or a Q grill.

IMO, it's the same Nissan Cima one I sold a few months back, but they cut out all the bars and did some custom bars on it.

it looks like they cut up a factory grille, and then used a billet grille insert, like those sold for trucks. Thing is, those "billet" grilles only ever look good in pics, because they can never follow the contour or shape of a grille perfectly. Note that this insert sort of looks like it comes to a sharper point in the middle than the grille shell (hard to tell with such a pixelated pic though), and you can see the gap between the top bar and the center of the shell, and the even bigger gap between the end of the top bar and the top-most corner of the grille surround.
