What grade of engine oil should I used?

I hhave 2004 Nissan maxima vq35DE 5spd auto with nos 75 shot.

Mods: greedy sp2,Aem cai,reflashed ecu,timing 2 degress for nos.

Stock rpm=6400with reflashed=7100

for now I'm using 5w30 PP oil with mobil one filter.

I was thinking to put 10w40 oil enither Amsoil oil or royal purple cause I'm using nos. So will 10w40 oil be okay for my engine? Engine got 10,000 miles on it n original tranmisiion got 89,000 mile on it. If I find penszoil ultra oil then I might used 10w30 grade.

Mobil 1 0W-140 is one of the best oils.
