Paint the valve cover pink

Just kidding, define "cheap".

Is it bone stock?

Manual boost controller as long as you have a decent boost gauge.

Im saving my pennies for the SBC-iD boost controller from SPL for my 300zxTT.

Intake and exhaust are always good too.

i dont know anything about those motors but ill give it a shot...-if you have rubber IC hoses get some hard pipes-turbo back exhaust-manual boost controller. not sure how much pressure the stock bov can hold though.-home depot intakes work great or does that have a maft setup?

whatever, gave it a shot

But guys, that's all he needs. Remember, noise = power.

Have fun running rich in your stock-motor car with your atmospheric BOV. The stock DSM-style valve is loud as hell as it is...

first mod a bov. ridiculous. lest we forget that the greddy type s will leak under boost, but hey, at least it sounds cool right! am i right? oh yea.

Tell me about it, with an open downpipe that damn noise can be heard for a good two blocks at WOT. Undue attention to your car = bad.

the point is thats not where you start and if he is already on the wrong track its only going to get worse. his gsr friend obviously isnt helping much so he needs the criticism from somewhere.
