what fuse for headlights`

i have a problem when i turn the knob to switch on the lights they wont turn on and the lights are stuck up, which fuse should i check?

There's two black headlight retract relays in the smaller fuse block near the intake filter on the drivers side of the engine bay.

3 h/l relays in relay box by filter and one in relay box by battery. switch them around to see if symptoms change. let us know how you fix this.
