2 weekends (about 10-12 hours total so far) in. I'm finally to the re-assembly point, the searchable posts here and elsewhere on the internet are invaluable!

I've spent a quarter of that time so far de-grossing all I can reach on my engine and the engine bay :-( - I doubt I make it to polished up, but a damn sight cleaner she surely will be.

I have a moderate oil leak/seep that I think is coming from the passenger side head, gasket maybe?

Most likely valve cover gaskets, they get brittle and mis-shaped and will seep. Not really too many oil leak sources on top of a VG30DE beyond the valve covers, vtc's, and cam seals before you get to the mains.

Something I should dig into at this point of disassembly?

Ha ha, true...so PO, to answer IF you are:
A. Wanting to do pre-emptive repairs/upgrades/maintenance
B. Do as much as you can do while spending the time/effort
C. Ready to cuss, learn, and scrape knuckles
D. Make your Z as best it can be

Then Yes, tear her down and do the hard maintenance items such as 120k items if not done, injectors, harness, IACV harness/IACV if necessary, PTU harness, and CTS connectors, valve cover gaskets (and replace those you remove gaining access), PCV's and hoses, O2 sensors, vacuum and coolant hoses and any seals and other minor little ache she has.
The result will most likely be the best she's ever ran for you, and at least time to prepare for more or whatever you couldn't get to now as it WILL be an issue some time in the future.
Takes some $ and lots of time and even more patience, and some learning through the fsm and from us here to get done, but can be done!
