I run ATL fuel sustems in both of our Cars, the S14 Made 459 and the S13 will make about 500 also. Pumps are in take, 100 psi capable.

i would run

probably the dual walbro pumps. and between 850cc injectors to 1000cc injectors. probably got top feed injectors and rail. and a adjust able fpr also a z32 fuel filter would be my recommendations

and depending on the turbo and psi to make 500hp i would probably do methanol injection

255lph Walbro and 740cc injectors can do 450whp just fine. Dont need to get into anything special till over 500whp.

at 450 hp on 740cc injectors they will be close to maxing out. that is why i would recommend 850cc....deastsch werk has a cool thing on their web site telling what injectors for what horse power and at what percentage they will be running at.

it will depend on your tune, but most tunes at designed to run at stock FP.

50psi with 740cc injectors run at around 800cc. Gives enough leeway to make close to 500whp. If your going for this big of HP, your not looking at a ECU Tune anyways. Which means a one off standalone tune for the fuel pressure ran isnt a big deal.

850cc are a safe bet though.

Yea i think so. I cant exactly remember but Enthalpy's car did 53xwhp and used stock fuel rail with 850cc, Z32 MAF, and his own ECU Tune.

i had spoke with deastch werks a few times when buying my inj, they assured me several times that 740' would flow enough and not be maxed out all the time for high 400whp.. bet after reading this im kinda weary bout my inj being maxed out

I dont think my 740cc injectors are over 75% running 20psi from the 2871R .86. I run 50psi fuel pressure though which does give much more flow. Theres been plenty of guys that run 550cc for 400whp. Just bump the fuel pressure up some. Might be simple and non theoretical but 370cc max out around 250whp, 740cc is twice the size so it should do 500whp. Only way to find out is get something that monitors the injector duty cycle. Apexi AVC-R or some sort of standalone.
