what flywheel then?

Which flywheel beside the stock one or the JWT one are people using in there Ca18det? Swap takes place next week would like to have a after market flywheel by then. Thanks.

You can try and get one from Japan, but that will take weeks. Other than that, you can get a Fidanza unit, which is the same as a JWT unit, only it isn't drilled to use a Z32 clutch. The price is the same and if you want in on this, I only need 2 more people for the group buy on the JWT flywheels.

What about a Jun Light weight flywheel or Ultra Light flywheel. They have them made specifically for the CA18DET 5.2kg for the ultra and 5.4kg for the light. I found these on http://www.raretrick.com type flywheel for search. Also go to http://www.takakaira.com/ they got a lot of parts for the CA18DET.

Those are exactly the ones I was talking about. They are great units, but you had better expect waiting anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to get your hands one one of those. As Sean said, trying to get performance parts for a CA quickly isn't something that can be done easily or cheaply. What do you have against the JWT flywheel?

refering to me float? I dont have anything against JWT flywheel I was just throwing another brand flywheel.
