What fluid to use in my manual transmission?

Well, I broke down and purchased the Redline MT-90 from an online source. The place I bought it from also had some also useful things I needed so I ordered more than just the transmission Fluid so I saved on shipping.

There are no BMW dealerships that I know of that are close by. They are all up around DC where the very rich live. Thanks for the information though.

I just checked autozone's website for the capacity it says 8.8 quarts but I say double check. But usually u keep filling until the fluid reaches the fill plug it has to be leveled to be accurate. Not over flowing but level where if u stick ur finger and there u should feel the fluid near to fill plug hole
