AFAIK Nissan and Infinity use the same connectors... however the connector design was change din 1995 across all cars, it was changed again in 03 I believe.

so 70something-94 are the same and 95-03ish are the same.

Also some cars are equiped with "premium" sound and some are not. the "premium" systems use an external amp and while the connectors are the same for the head unit you'll need to swap a "premium" head unit (meaning one without internal amplification) in a premium system, or a non premium for a non-premium...

You can put a non-premium head in a premium equipped car but you'll need to by-pass the factory amp... (check the sticky, I wrote a guide for this).

Technically you can put anything in anything... it's just a matter of how much re-wiring you're willing to do.

if you have a 93 and you want to install a 95 head unit, my guess is that it will NOT just plug in...

EDIT: after looking at some harness kits for aftermarket units it would seem that the G20 might be the exception to the rule... it looks like it used the same connector up through 96... so it very well may work.

That head unit looks identical to the one that came out of my 1995 240sx SE with the premium sound package and mine used the new style rear connector and requires an external amplifier.

I took a picture of mine to compare it to a DCC unit... you can see here it's the same as the one in the auction: http://solid-orange.com/wp-con...h.jpg

FWIW mine also had a 2nd single din Cassette player that connected to the CD player making it LOOK like a double din unit even though it was 2 single din units.

honestly... for the price they're asking you'd probably be better off spending a few extra bucks and getting and aftermarket unit... you can buy decent name brand open box units at Best Buy/Circuit city for about $60... and they probably work better than the factory box.
