What exhaust and intake combination has the best HP+Torque results

I just purchased a 1993 240SE. I would like to find out what intake and exhaust combination will give me the best HP+TORQUE.

Well if its torque you want then use 3 inch intake and 2 1/4 ehxaust.

No matter what the combo, you won't see a ton of increase in power.

Just get a cone intake, then get a header followed by 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust pipe eliminating the resontaor and get a good flowing oem style muffler

or a cheap straight through muffler fmor ebay...whichever your sound preference is.

the stock intake tube is very small and you should replace it also.
