what exacly is super hicas

i just picked up a 91 240sx that says super hicas on the side of it ive hard a few things about it like it wont let you drift but what exacly is it?

i did search but i came up with a few solutions such as

take out the fuse.

change the rear sub frame.

remove a part from the rack and pinion.

i need a exact answer if you guys could guide me

Those are all options to disable the rear wheel steering, you can also buy a kit that disables it. Therefore, searching, you did not. Choose a solution and let us know how it worked out. Searching means search, find answer, execute.
