what engine is best to swap for a 240sx?

Wrong section. Horribly broad question. Sorry to say this, but search, especially in 240 Gen, SR20 (not transverse), RB motors, and the KA section.

i would like to apologize to the transverse sr20 guys for the rash of 240-noobs and their inability to comprehend the word "transverse." i guess its too bog for them to make heads or tails of.

What do you plan on doing with your car? If you're just 1/4 mile, get an rb. If you're into other forms of racing, I'd say it depends on your driving style. Some people like the low end grunt of a KAT and others like the SR. You can even get a CA if you want to deal w/ the initial woes of a very old motor.
