I'll be swapping in a set of Tein coilovers into my 240 within the next couple of weeks. Are there any other bushings or joints are easier to replace while the shocks are off? I'm trying to avoid doing double work in the future. I'm guessing that thicker front and rear sway bars can be done at anytime but I don't know for certain. Anyone?

The front, you could always replace the bushings for the sway bars. The sway bar bushings are easy though, I replaced mine from whiteline and they took roughly an hour and a half to do the front and rear. You don't have to pop the coils out to do your sway bars though so you can leave that one alone for a while. The rear bars aren't too bad either.

The bushing you may seriously want to consider is if you've an s13 for the rear upper control arm. Get the ones that help dial out your camber in the rear since you're going to be having your car sit lower and the rear upper control arm goes around the coil over too and that'd be a pain in the butt to get to after you've already installed your coils.
