Depends on how much money you want to spend.

You could change the rear differential oil, brake fluid, power steering, coolant and oil if you want.

You'll have a hard time locating the rear diff. on an I35.How many miles? Probably a good idea to do the coolant and at least power steering fluid as suggested. Also the cabin filter. Engine oil should be a given. Depending on mileage and condition, there's also plugs, air filter, brake pads,etc.

You may need differential/gear oil on your G35 but not on an I35 (FWD). In addition to fluids and brakes, check the suspension. It may be a good idea to have an underbody car wash to remove traces of salt especially if you live close to the beach.
