Can I just throw a set of Maxima SE/I30t/I35 Sport rear springs on my car to stiffen up the suspension (and yes I know that it's only a slight difference, that's all I'm looking for), or do I have to replace all four at once? Also is there anything else that I would want to replace on the suspension at the same time?

Was there a difference in the rear swaybar between sport models and the standard models? If there was, you might consider switching to the sport sway bar along with the sport springs.

I'm not sure, but IIRC it was just the springs that are different. I'm wondering also if there are any gaskets/other suspension wear items that would best be replaced on a car with 67K on it while replacing the springs.

Are you getting the entire assembly? The strut, spring and the mount? If you're not getting the entire assembly, I would suggest replacing the strut mounts. Most manufacturers recommend that you replace struts and mounts at about 60-70,000 miles.
