Since you have the electric fan, did you remove the fan clutch?

EGR, AIV can be removed, change fuel filter to z32 tt, you can also remove all the vaccum lines in the car excpet for one running to the FPR. The two solenoids on the back of the head can be removed. There some other little things that can come off as well. You can also removed the secondary butterflies off the inside of the runners on the intake manifol, but that is kind of time consuming. I removed all these off my ka24e and it still runs great (except for the short I had).

props on preventative maintenence or just luck that got that motor to go 250,000, don't get me wrong i'm not saying anything bad about the motor, i'm just saying that 250,000 frickin miles is awesome for any motor (less a diesel)

That Stage 3 NA tune, did you notice a big difference? And where did you get it? Was that the one from HybridKA?

Idk, about the difference, but I did go from a 16.2 1/4 to a 15.7 1/4, but along with the tune I removed all the emissions. I'll be seeing how much power it makes over the stock ecu on friday at the dyno. And yes I did get it from Gabe (deviousKA) at HybridKA.

btw The guide is still in the air, I know a lot of the stuff off the top of my head I just have to get off my butt and get step-by-step pictures.

I get a couple pictures tomorrow night after work.

And sadly the dyno event didn't happen, but I am definatly hitting the dyno on Saturday and should have the results late in the day.
