okay well let me start by saying i have a 2005 sentra special edition. it has now been in the shop 7 times for the same reason my cylinder was misfiring, on the 7th time it was in the shop they decided to replace the headgasgut (spelled wrong) ... should i now be looking for something else to go wrong or do you think that would be all? really nothing major like that should have ever happened it is freaken new..

As long as the misfire wasn't incorrectly diagnosed, I'd say you're clear.
