what else am i gonna need for my sr20det swap?

i ordered a sr20det to put into my 89 pile of crap 240sx. what else am i going to need? here is what comes with my swap...

Turbo Type: T25G Compressor A/R: 0.80 Injector Size: 320cc Performance: SR20DET Power (ps): 205 @ 6000 rpm Torque (kgm): 200 @ 4000 rpm Compression Ratio: 8.5:1 Stock Boost: 7 psi Includes:RWD Transmission (5 Speed) Engine Wiring Harness ECU Intake Manifold Exhaust ManifoldAlternator A/C Power Steering Pump All Brackets TurboCoil Packs

according to the site i ordered one with a cut harness, for 400 more bucks i could get an uncut harness... is it worth that? should i do that? any things im gonna need to buy that im missing? also, anybody know any good step by step sites that show this swap being done?

a new harness doesnt cost that much, stock injectors are 370cc, intercooler needed, fuel pump is a good idea.

i see that some sites also sell them with MAF and igniter chip..... im not sure what those are, lol, as you can see i havent researched to much yet. what are they? lol, how much are they, are they needed. im sorry, im retarted.

CAS, ignitor, fuel rail, you can wire in your SOHC mafs so that's not that big a deal, downpipe, radiator, new drive belts, intake, intake hoses, intercooler piping, fuel rail, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, turbo extension, oil pan, crank pulley, cams, etc. I mean there's alot of stuff your motor might be missing. Get some pics of the motor that'd help you out alot more in the long run.

basically, what im asking is if it's worth it to pay 500 extra dollars to get an uncut harness, maf, and igniter switch... or can i get a maf, igniter swtich and harness for under 500... or do i even need them, lol

well i have 2200 that needs to get a motor to my door....

would it be smarter for me to order a motor with maf, igniter chip, and an uncut harness?

you get what you pay for... if you manages to save 2200, an extra 800 to get it from a reliable source shouldnt kill ya.

honestly, i mainly need to know if it smarter for me to order a motor with uncut harness, maf, and igniter chip...

what out of those three is totally necessary?

can i save more money buying without and then buying what i need?

just basically i need to know if im stupid to pay extra for that stuff.

MAF isnt completely becessary, but the ignitor is, and an uncut harness will save you lots of pain.

IMHO if you can spend 2200 for a motor without maf/ignitor and cut harness. the price of those will equal the 2500+sh of the other dealers.HTH
