What ECUs will work..
Pretty much I fried mine.. and need one. I have a manual s13 dohc. Ive heard of people using the SOHC ECUs for the dual and vice versa.. Ive also been told the auto ECU can be used in the manual, only side effect being a CEL.Please dont answer if you cant give a 100% factual response. Thanks!

I know that with the auto wiring harness the Auto should work but you will have a CEL, and sometimes auto ecus idle isn't as good in cold weather. you can make the CEL go away by wiring the CEL light to something else.
I am not sure if you can use teh AUTO ecu with the Manual wiring harness but I believe you can.

how many double cam ECU would you like? I need to look around my garage but I believe I have three right now and the couple have been tested and are known good. I can set you up for about $65 that should even cover shipping

Wait a minute! I thought a auto would work with a manual, and vice versa, but they had to be of the same type (i.e. dohc to dohc, or sohc to sohc, but not sohc to dohc) please correct me if im wrong....

I would think so... I have used manual and auto ecu's all the time.. it really doesn't matter...well... if it did.. I couldn't tell any difference. But with a soch to a dohc... hell no.
