Okay I found some more info out and I found that E6 is from a 94-96 180sx blacktop automatic.

I'm assuming I have an E6 because that is the only one that ends in a 6. So I guess they gave me the wrong ecu because I need a 62 for my redtop sr.

I'm gonna call the place I got my motor from tomorrow because it's still under a month since I bought it so they better not give me a hassle on replcaing this ecu

It appears that the ecu is a "V6" kouki S13 SR20DE ecu because the serial number for the E6 starts with a 5 and the one in the picture is 23710-6(0F00).

Ohh okay, I was thinking maybe it was a V, but I didn't know if that ecu code even existed.

But anyway I went back to jdm engine depot today and they replaced it with a 62 the correct one I need with no problems

I love the strategic scratching of the ecu number on that.
