what ecu code is this????and powersteering making a weird noise..please help

i just checked my ecu to see what code it would throw out and the first set was long-7,short-5 the second set is long-9,short-3 and can someone help me relieve these codes.

one more thing my powersteering is making a funny noise and when i fully turn idle drops a little and on normal idle i can still here it whining.i checked the fluid level but it is still full.there was a leak in the stock hosings so i changed both of the lines to steel braided and it is still making this funny noise.please help!!!!!
