What does this unit do?

when I got the 91q, the hose going to it was disconnected. I took it to my mech and he connected it back even though he does not know what it does.

Can anyone tell me what this thing does?

I believe that is the cruise control unit.

Agreed, in re: cruise actuator. I like your Stillen strut tower brace, but that POP charger will reduce net hp in all but the coolest weather, get your MAF all sticky, and shorten the life of the motor.
