What does this mean? Noobish question

Hey guys,

what does it mean when boost level goes up to 12psi w/o problems then the needle shakes a little bit (shaking in between 1~2 psi) then drops back down to 11psi?

spiking boost can mean dying turbo from my past experience...

standard t25? WMIC? completely normal for the T25 boost levels to drop off to about 11psi by around 5.5k rpm, no matter what peak boost you run. I was hitting 16psi peak but dropping to 11psi by 5.5k. It's just out of the efficientcy band for the turbo.
