Consider high boost? I hang around with various friends pushing 20-30 lbs of boost on their vehicles (eg. Evos, SRT4s, Cobalts,etc...). Is 19-24 considered high? 25-30? The low stock boost makes these numbers seem higher to me.

I'll be doing some building in the VERY near future and will probably come along a few "facts" (eg. stock boost haha)/ features/ specs about the Z that I'm not sure about but would like to. I'll update this thread in time with some uncommonly asked questions in the hopes of learning a little bit more about the Z and helping others who might follow suit.

upper 20's is usually where I see people running when considered to be high boost. 9.5lbs sounds weak compared to what some cars run stock but it doesn't always mean that the lower amount is worse.

Those guys have to run higher then us because they have small displacement 4 bangers. A VG30DETT at 16 psi will make a lot more then a 4G63 or an A853 at the same pressure.

What is the Z's recommended offset range? I hear from the locals 22-28et is the sweet spot for a good fitment. One of the local Z guys wants to run GT-Vs with the following specs 17x9 0mm fronts/ 17x10 13mm rears. Even I think that's too steep.

Not all are 4cyl. But yes they usually are compensating with the higher boost.

I was commenting on the motors he mentioned.

I'd say +25 - +35, but it depends on the size. If you were only putting 9" in the rear, you could easily go lower, but most people don't.

The 0et is going to need some serious fender modification and a hell of alot of camber to fit, the 13et in back will fit about the same. Search articdragon's posts he has alot of different settups that do not go that aggressive with a good amount of fender mods and camber, they are tight but clear relatively.
