what does it do? what is it for? my fuse box doesnt seem to have it looks like it broke off something.

If its for a Hicas-equipped S13, then its for your hicas. Unplug it and it will disable the rear-wheel steering.

nope my car dont have hicas is 93' s13 i guess maybe is just there 'cuz it also has a fuse for rear wiper maybe the little thing is from a hatch?
