What Does "Stuck" Mean?

I attempted to get a look @, download some of the service manuals listed in the appropriate thread-But they are labeled "stuck."

I noticed that they did not download on my screen; they're stuck.

Is that what is meant by "stuck?"

Where could I get them from, another site?

"Stuck" means a thread stays at the top of the page.
