what does it take to make this work

what needs to be done to make this functional? i need to replace taht piece in myt 98 SR since its cracked but nto sure if i need to add anything. is it just cut wires and match them up with correct ones?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

That is VERY VERY VERY difficult to hook up!!!! The only place that I know of that even knows how to do it takes a day to wire it. They're called XAT Racing. They're in Tampa, Fl. AWESOME PEOPLE. Another company can do about 1/2 of it and gets only about 50% functional.
