What does it mean when...

You have a high idle (1500) and when you unplug the IACV or the Idle air controller that connects to the IACV and nothing happens? Idle doesn't change or anything after being unplugged.

Tr setting your tps to. 45 or. 48 volts. Make sure your throttle switch is closed electronically

Yeah I've set the TPS to .45 so its good. I think I'm going to try replacing my IACV.

The nissan sentra is the same from like 91 I believe??? $25. Also, make sure the adjustment screw on it is screwed all the way in minus a half turn.

Do you have power at the solenoid? It may not be defective. Mine doesn't work for some reason either. I just have it screwed down almost all the way. maybe one day I will fix it.

yeah its got power. I took it off to inspect it and I believe its suppose to have a spring inside of it and theres pretty much nothing inside of mine. I think that is the problem.
