what does a "s" TERMINAL of an alternator ??

well.. i buy a new alternator for my 302 and it comes with a regulator... i conect the f wire to the switch and the question is.... what is the "s" terminal or where i conect it?? the alternator is a 110 amp chevrolete !!!

The "s" terminal is for start..........you have a start and run terminal....i believe there should be a hot wire running to it if im thinkin right
