What does a Q transmission weigh?

Need to know for a semi-accurate freight cost.

225 lbs, and it must be crated in a carton that can be moved with a forklift. Transmission shops use a special reusable plastic box.

How about strapped to a palet, Shrinkwrapped in plastic.

I think that 225 lbs is high.

I would guess it to be closer to 145 lbs. When I shipped my transmission to LevelTen, I picked it up and put it on the pallet. It was heavy, but manageable.

Also, the weight that I am quoting is without the TC, which is approx. 42 lbs.
