Actually some of the Orange County and West Coast bikes can go for upwards of $200K depending on what you get. Custom one off choppers are BIG business, and I would believe the the $45K paint due to it being all airbrushed, and frankly with the amount of detail in the paint that's a lot of man hours for one guy plus I'm sure it's HOK paint and clear on it and that stuff ain't cheap.alms24sebring wrote:It says $145.000 invested. And $45k paint job, it better give me road head every time I ride and I dont see that happening
Yeah, but it's not THAT expensive either. A quart is about $75, and they only used a few different colors.Chaotic_Warlord wrote:I'm sure it's HOK paint and clear on it and that stuff ain't cheap.

1) "This bike is a ONE-OFF Custom with free hand airbrushing covering the INTIRE painted portion of the bike."
I can't even imagine what the labor on that alone must have been.![]()
2) Those colors are not cheap.

That makes 2 of us. Id rather spend $150k+ on many cars or 1 car that are all ganna be faster and safer too.dre1507 wrote:I'm a firm believer of "if it costs more than $10,000, it better come with at least 2 seats, 2 doors, 4 wheels, and a steering wheel."
I have a rule. I don't pay big money for things when the seller can't spell.S13_love wrote:Sounds about right...

Yeah with the amount of money they make on these bikes, you'd think they could hire a PR rep or something. Very part-time gig, 20k/yr cashalms24sebring wrote:hahaha! I noticed a couple too. Alot of mechanics seem to be that way. Oh I've seen worse on here

Yeah, and he had to be tracked down, still hadn't been resolved yet I think. I drove to his neighborhood, knocked on his door. He lives near Miami...PoorManQ45 wrote:Powder coating is actually pretty cheap...
