i have a buddy that has a couple of turbos that he wants to sell me.

one it a supra turbo off of the MKIII

and the other is a turbo off of a grand national.just wanting to know what your input is on these two chargers and how it should perform on the ka?

seeeurchEDIT I remember not that I'm not allowed to just say search. but the supra turbo has been covered a lot. CT26. try a search on that. grand national? no clue.

yeah i did search on the CT-26 turbo the biggest question wasabout the gn turbo.sorry should have specified

I'm not entirely sure of the size, But I'm thinking it's a T3 of somekind. Turbonetics indicates teh GN uses a 3 bolt turbo flange and they sell direct bolt-on T3-T4 Kits which leads me to believe the GN uses a 3 bolt T3 flange. They sell an adapter plate that allows them to bolt on a T4, which tells me T4's are not standard on a GN.

You are correct sir.... buddy of mine has two and both....well, the street driven (stock) one has a t3 :)

I think its a good sized turbo. T3 0.60 A/R Comp housing.check out a comparison against other OEM T3s...http://www.mjmturbos.com/MOREMULTICARS.htm

I think there is a link a pic of the GN wheel somewhere on the main turbo page, too.
