well i have all the turbo stuff already.. i planned on it before it started makin that horrible noise..

Pull motor, rebuild, add turbo, replace motor.

where did u purchase the motor , where did the motor came from, who did the swap for u ?? why the motor threw a rod....

i got the motor i have now from a buddy that rbuilt it and was about to put it in and he found a rb for dirt cheap.. i put it in seeing that ive done many swaps.. and im not positive its done yet.. there is just a loud rattle coming from the back of the motor.. i dont know if its a rod or i f***ed up on the transmission install.. its just hard to distinguish..

crawl all over that car and try to locate the area of noise, even touch everywhere to try and find an abnormal vibration, if you look hard enough you will find the source.i had a seriously bad rattle at one point, eventually i found that it was chunks of clutch that had ripped half off the disc slapping everything near them.it really could be anything, also if the guy just rebuilt the ka, it shouldnt be ready to die yet man, either he dont know whats up or you drive like a teenage girl.no hate, im just sayin

stop trying to complicate things, NONE of that stuff matters

OP pull it, rebuild with boost parts, reinstall, that way if anything is wrong you have no one to fault or feel bad about
