If you have an all-black interior, it could work.

I am thinking of replacing the seats because the fronts are getting a lil beat up, If I could get these in leather that would be sweet.

Why wouldnt you just get the stock seats re-covered...... It would be the wisest thing you could do, you would loose all power options (and I couldnt live without power headrests :D )

I really like the original seats in the Q45. Very stylish and I can't say enough about how comfortable they are. It feels like the seat wraps around your body. Re-cover them and you'll fall in love all over again. Ask Fred about this procedure as he did this to his 91.

I recently sat in a friend's 94 Chrysler LHS. The thick breathing leather and cushy yet support seats made my 92 Q's seats feel like bus stop benches. That LHS is freaking comfortable.

But I recently rode in a friend's 98 Accord and got back in my Q. It put things back into perspective!

Anyone got an idea on how much it would cost to recover theme?

re-leathering a driver seat completely may be around $400-600 depending on the labor rates in your area and the qulaity of leather used.

<but> upholstery shops will do partial re-leathering f problem areas, for example the left side boilster and thelest seat bottom bolster and the 2 bottom center sections to getehr could be had for $320 or so..It sounds lika a lot of $$ but it makes your car Seem SO much nicer.

I did this one on the entire seat bottom for $300 on one car and on another 91 Q45, nearly all sections of both front seats for $900.It made the car look and feel GREAT!

You couldn't have wiped the smile of my face, with a 30 year jail sentence.

Fred...:)

I got an estimate for $463 from a local shop, and this is the deal......

they will use real leather, and match the color...... the 463 includes: driver side seat bottom, drivers side-right hand bolstering, and passenger side seat bottom.....

If you have seat heaters and they are weak, now would be the time to put new ones in, since replacing them requires you to take off the seat cover, and all that labor will have already been done.......
