What do you think of an S14 with S15 front end?

Just curious what you guys thought on it. I was thinking of doing this if I ever got an S14, but i saw a couple of S14 with the S15 front end and i dunno, it doesnt look "clean" maybe its cuz its just pictures and in real life it looks better. The S13 w/s15 front end does look sweet. specially on a 180sx. The lines of the door and fender really look good, like it was meant to be there.

Well Hmm... I was gonna say that it looks great... like it belongs there, but looks crappy on a s13 but seeing as we have opposite tastes, don't listen to what I have to say. :pface

*Yawn* it appears that damn near everyone that has an S14, automotaiclly wants to swap their orginal front end for a S15 fron end. There are plenty of clean and flashy bodykits for the S14 and S14k's. Stick with orginality and leave the front end alone.

i think the s13 should keep the s13 facei think the s14 should keep the s14 facei think the s15 should keep the s15 faceTHE only swap i would ever do to my s14 is go for the kouki face, but that would be way down the road after i finished all my other stuff on the car.

I think they look absolutely beautiful on an s14, but I don't think they look to well on an s13. I almost rear ended somone the other day because this yellow s14 drove by with s15 headlights. I was in pure awe.

Ive seen an 180sx w/s15 front end on the bomex site. Looked really sweet. Lines really matched. beutiful car.

Is kouki face the projector face? Im thinking this looks best in the end. Just havent found any kits that look really good.

S15 front looks great on both S14 and S13 only if you do it right...I'm talking about a set of 50-60mm rear wide fenders, mated with a complete JDM aerokits and slammmed with some 17-18" low-offset rims.

S15 front on stock S13/ S14 look like A$$ IMO.

the s15 and s14 have very similar front ends anyways, so I think it looks pretty damn good. If you like it and want to do it, go ahead. everyone's gonna have their own opinion, and if everyone can't do it, expect some haters. but there aren't enough 240's around where I live, so I don't know where all these people are that do this. I've only seen one in the dallas/fort worth area. And it looked sick, so go for it.

i seen the s15 front on an s14 a couple of time in person. NOT in a car show but on a regular street, never seen the owner but he always park that beautiful blue s14 right under the train track.

Hey AJ-Spec i was on 377 the other day and a white 97-98 like mine lowered with exhaust drove by me and turned right onto a road a few streets before western center/watagua road. Do u know who this guy is. Or is it you. I had some stickers on it too. One was in the shape of a turbo with flames comin out but i couldnt read what it said fast enough.

what's up, no that wasn't me, although I live right up the street from there, so I'm on 377 a lot. I haven't seen yours though I don't think. Your car is white? I haven't seen any other s14's really. do you live in the area, or in Dallas? we should meet up or something, be nice to talk to someone else w/ a 240. the only other one I see in that area is a burgundy s14 w/ no exhaust, young guy driving and revving a lot. the other is a black s14 kouki, clean but no mods. haven't seen either in a while.

I really havent seen an S15 front end in real life, been to a couple shows too but havent seen it. Most exciting thing ive seen here in utah is an SR20 front clip. man that was sweet.

its hard to put the s15 front on anything and it not look good, i love that front...the s15 front usauly takes all the focus off the rest of the car anyways imo

^^^now that is not too popular (s13 coupe with s15 front)looks like you were going for the signal auto s15 paint color. i think it might have looked alright if it had a nice aero kit.[zero-s] lol i thought i was the only one who thought like that. ^_^

That looks like a$$. The jdm conversion is much more clean. Nothing wrong with older body style 240s. The Z's will always hold thier lines. As long as it's clean it always looks good, but what ever torques yer twinkie. I just think YESWEPROMISE called it right. S-13 to S-13 and so forth. A conversion is still a conversion, you wan't some real respect, ...bring a real one accross the pond. I can't even imagine seeing a new S-15 cruisin down the road. :drool

Hey guys, I think the S15 face looks sweet, especially the strawberry. If I didnt think so, I wouldnt have bought the conversion for my S14. Check it out on my site here http://www.sounddomain.com/id/nolaws4evr . Its not done yet but i should hopefully reclaim her by next week. I will definately post some pics after she is painted Gigrio Grey. Anyway, I dont think you can go wrong with the S15 front end on anything, just my 2cent.

So do you need any special modifications to make the S15 fenders hood lights brackets (what else is needed??) to hook up on the s14?

I dunno if its just me or what, but anyone notice how the S15 fenders dont match up that well to the S14 doors? Kinda looks a little like a widebody?

Yea gotta agree, if your gonna do it, better do it right or else it probably will look like poop.
