what do you think my car is worth? 1989 240sx fastback 5-speed

hi i really need to sell my car and i was wonder what everyone think's is a fair price too sell it. the car runs but it needs a new battery. also the car leaks power steering. the front end need to be realigned a little. the car is primer gray. it's 5-speed. the interior is in pretty good shape concidering the cars age. besides a cracked dash but thats pretty common for older 240's. i looking too sell it for about $1000. what does everyone think? is that a fair price? here are some pics please give me your honest opinion about what i could sell it at please. o ya please dont talk crap about my car, thanks for reading

hard to tell but it looks like it doesn't have any power options. What about the A/C and radio? Do they work? Cruise control? Any options? Miles? Going on the rough info already given, I'd estimate it's worth $800-1000. Quick lookup on KBB says $775.

ya it has a/c and it has a pioneer deh-p6600 cd player. has no options though, it's standard everything. has alot of miles about 180,xxx miles on it.

i may be interested in it or my friend will and is it in so. cal or nor. cal i have no idea where clovis is, clean title? what was the original color a lil more details would seal the deal bro lol

While KBB says $775, I would suggest that you could EASILY get $1000 for it, maybe more. Why? Because the 240sx is starting to enjoy the same kind of inflated value Civics seem to have wallowed in for a long time. Just about everyone and their mom wants one. So what you have going for you is that it IS an S13 Fastback, and it IS a 5-speed. What you have against you are the mechanical problems and that paint job. Still, I tihnk that $1000 is just about fair. Depends on how invested your buyer will be. A Nissan freak probably won't touch it at more than $1000, but someone who recently found out that he or she "needs" a 240sx will eat it right up!

sale is pending on a local buyer........i dont have pics of the engine because i dont have a digital camera.my friend took those pics for me. i will ask him to take pics of the engine bay for everyone. any other picture request's on certain parts of the car?
