So I win the following auction:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...:US:6

set of coilovers for 114.39 + 35 shipping. Be aware, that I am aware that the guy has 2 neg feedback out of 3 transactions. After much indecision, I think to myself, well i'll pay through paypal, and be refunded if screwed. On the auction, guy lists:

Payment methods accepted: Money order/Cashiers check

so, I bid and win. Now the guy sends me an invoice for, check this out: $164.39. 114.36 +50 shipping. so i'm like well, let's pay him anyway, but then paypal tells me the guy does not currently receive paypal.

so, i email him telling him he overcharged me, and that his paypal is not working.

So, I get an immediate response, telling me that he does not accept paypal, and meant for shipping to be 50$. So i tell, (keep in mind, staying cool), that what will we do to resolve the issue.

Then he blatently answers:"you agreed to pay the 35 for shipping via wire trans or m/o when you won the auction" (what i've been saying all along)

and that

"well then i made an error im not gonna aruge with you ill just relist them i wanted more for them anyhow, thanks for bidding and sorry about the mistake bye"

Well, by then i'm thinking ....what a ****head..

And now I want to ask your advice. I do not want to leave negative feedback, 'cuz he'll do the same, and I already have 44+ sales, so I think it'll do more damage. I'm thinking he'll offer to the next bidder or relist. And I think emailing every bidder about this problem will help him not sell at all.

I would try to email some of the other bidders, but I imagine he is going to relist. I have actually seen this guy on ebay alot. He had a nice s13 with an sr that got crashed and he was trying to sell ti was is for way too much, now its forsale under a different username because the motor was pretty toasted. Seems SUPER shady. The other auction i just mentioned is up now i think, its a coupe that comes with an sr...mentions something abotu rust on hsi other car. The other car is actually totalled.

yeah, I actually saw some other of his auctions, he had some teins up for sale...and said needed the money 'cuz of his pregnant girlfriend. He ended auction early 'cuz I guess he didn't get enough. Too bad I can't report it to ebay 'cuz my computer is not accepting cookies somehow (i checked setting on it). I'm just so frustrated about the lack of ethics.
