What do you think about this deal?

Ok so this transmission shop by my house has a 92 or so 300zx black with T top and matching leather interior that has been sitting there for about 8 months. It's a customers car so the shop just wants it off of there property. I was thinking of offering whoever owns it my 89 maxima with a 3 month warrenty on the engine and my 90 240sx for it that I'm fixing up that I will also warrenty. Do you guy's think the owner will trade?

that all depends on the mileage and shape of all 3 cars, but if the guy is anxious to get 1 car off his property i dont think he would want to have 2 cars on his property.....

A car that sists for 8 months...I dunno the gaskets will probabaly be leaky by now ..Same for AC.You aure you want it that bad?

Suck it up, it's a Z32.

Offer to trade. If he accepts, get a case of Corona, turn off your cell phone, and spend the night ripping the block apart and replacing all the seals and gaskets. You have nothing to lose. The only dumb questions are the ones never asked!Good luck!

I agree with fred, and ninjak for that matter. But ask about the mileage and what is wrong with the car. Since its a 92 Z32, you know it will have over 100k miles. For awhile, i wanted a z32 too,TT, but insurance would skyrocket for my young as s. And have heard a bunch of things bad about z32s from te people here in this forum. Do what you want, but ask all the questions you can.

Well since I'm going to use this car to promote my shop (Racer X Performance) I'm going to rip out the engine and trans and totaly performance the car up. The shop is closed today so I have to wait till tomarro. But how much is one of those worth the body looks pretty nice and so does the interior. But it's at a transmission shop so I'm guessing that there is something wrong with the transmission and how do you think I should aproach the owner about it.
