As I was cruising around the internet I came across two articles.One that says Nissan IS going to introduce a soft top convertible to the Altima line. I really doubt this is real especially because the length of the article but here you go

The next is about Nissan thinking about introducing a hybrid engine to the Altima Coupe. and also the surprise at the end of the article that briefly talks about bringing back an old coupe. I hope that if that happens they don't murder it like Chevy and their Malibu. Anyways here's that article

since when did the maxima become a coupe?The mercedes CLS and Passat CC can be considered 4 door coupes pour not this years maxima or any year for that mater I think.4DSC = Four Door Sports Car

If a coupe version comes out for the Maxima, it will be a sad day. The Maxima has always been a 6 cylinder 4DSC and should always be. My family used to have a first gen and my brother still has his 4th gen.

Lol, I was making a joke about a thread that was in gen chat a few weeks ago about photoshopping a maxima into a coupe...

Yup - the Maxima will always be a 4 Door Sports Car - that's it's icon.

That would be some mad skills to photoshop a convertable onto the coupe...but to me, it looks like the 350Z back end with an altima coupe front end. This would be a bit easier photoshop task and I think it would be posible. I agree...fake.

+1 for the comment on that artical about the HardTop 'Vert. I saw a hardtop G6 when shoping for my Coupe and LOVED it. If it didn't have 40k miles on it I would not own an Altima Coupe.
