Hi. I am trying to sell my 2000 Altima. But I do not know what will be the appropriate price. My Altima runs great and has no problems other than A/C problem. It blows only warm air, but the compressor is fine since it works great when manually triggered. Dealers say to replace ECM to fix the problem.

Anyway, I am trying to sell my car as it is.According to KBB(Kelly's Blue Book), good condition without A/C is $5200, and fair condition without A/C is $4600 for private trading.

Given this condition, if you were looking for some used car, how much do you think you would pay for such a car? This is Florida.

Thanks in advance.

I'd say figure out how much it would cost to fix, and subtract that from the KBB value. Maybe even a little less for the trouble that the buyer would have to get it fixed.
