Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This morning it was 78c per litre.Not sure what that translates to in U.S. $$/gal., but this is the lowest it's been in years. I'm happy.It was up to $1.40 this summer, so this is great.

I would like to hear from other Canadians in other provinces, just to compare.

Update, Nov 21: Just saw it at 72.4c/litre on my way home tonight. Awesome.

I just filled up my rental highlander in Reading, PA(I'm out here for work) for $2.15 and I was blown away at how cheap it was. In Thousand Oaks, CA (LA/Ventura County border) I haven't seen for less than $2.40.

Filled up tonight for $1.50 a gallon at Wal-Mart in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I REALLY hope gas prices stay this low. I love being able to drive my truck everywhere without feeling guilty for leaving my gas sipper (altima) at home.

$1.50... with the exchange rate, that'd be like 50 cents a litre in Canada!

Most places are 76.4 cents a litre in Edmonton after the usual 3.5 cent discount. It can be cheaper, Esso gives an extra 1.5 cent discount for Speedpass users, Safeway gives an extra 3.5 cents off after buying so many groceries.

So really, lowest is 72.9, though I've always stayed away from Safeway gas.
