In Alabaster, AL the gas prices just shot up $.10 to $1.77 a gallon for premium, at the Chevron where I buy all my gas.

This is getting ridiculous!

I fill up 3 times a week!

What are you paying?

In Phoenix, some stations are at $3.11/gal.

Most are running right around $2.19 (for the weak stuff).

Thats expensive. Ouch.I think i'm paying around $1.70 something a gallon for premium. The 240 takes a little more gas than my civic did, but its a better car. Nick

In Dayton/Centerville OH, I am always paying in the $1.70's for 89 octane. Not TERRIBLE, but it tolls the wallet when you are getting 17 miles per gallon on a GOOD week.

Yea, the Q, with the DOHC, VVT, and finicky computer likes 93, as well. The only problem is, am I really getting 93 octane? The pumps have a single hose, for all 3 grades, so I get whatever grade the guy got in front of me, for the first quart. And do you really trust the station and truck drivers?

I had to have my fuel rail flushed, becasue I got a bad tank of gas from my regular station. I sent a letter to Chevron. but I doublt anybody cares.

I am driving the I30t, this week, since the wife is out of town. It gets about 28 MPG, where the Q gets about 21. Every penny counts.

San Jose, CA.

Yesterday, I paid $2.19 for 91 premium at Chevron near my work building. Seems to range about $2.09 to $2.39 depending on the brand and the competition near them.

Today I paid $2.17 for 91. About $30 to fill up the tank. Luckily I'm actually getting slightly better gas mileage with the SR20 than I was with the KA24. I'm getting about 370 miles per tank, where I used to get about 350.
