What do any of you miss about being a kid? I miss the lack of responsibility and good saturday morning cartoons. Being an adult is not too much fun.

I'll be 26 this year and I don't really miss being a kid... back then all I had were die cast cars to play with, now I've got the real thing!

Happiness is not having enough room in your garage for your tools and your cars, trucks, bikes, and quads. :)

i miss being the biggest of all my siblings. i used to regularly lay the smackdown on all three of my younger brothers. my dad warned me that even though i was the oldest, i wouldn't always be the biggest. i've peaked at a stout 5'10" and 185lbs. all three of my brothers clear 6' and are easily over 200lbs.

i can still take all three of them...just don't tell them i said that.

I'm only 16 (won't be in... 5.... months... grr), anyway, I've got mixed feelings. As in, I want to be a little older, but I'm still a bit lost as to what career to pursue, even choosing classes for next year is becoming a frustration...

I am 21 and thats good enough. I do miss highschool though when I first turned 16 and would just go drive and hang out with friends. Now most of my friends from HS are gone. It sucks.

A-friggin-men!!!!

Right now I have my garage and my parents garage over run with my toys. Two quads (one is mostly for parts and severe beatings), a truck, car, tractor, mountain bike, tools, trailer, etc. etc. etc. etc.....

And the worst part.. I'll have a new CBR in there this spring!

I enjoy being "older". I have more toys now, I do what I want... I don't have to put up with any crap that I don't want to put up with... I wouldn't change a thing.

That's kinda pathetic... 27 and still mooching off the 'rents for storage space!

I don't miss much at all. I still watch cartoons from time to time. When I'm bored we bring out the legos and build; I can't help to buy hotwheels or Johnny Lightning cars as well. I'm definitely told I don't look my age and always having someone ask if I'm in the 7th or 9th grade still (although I'm 20 for now, but yet I look around 16 or so) :evilhaha

You are never to old to act like a kid sometimes. Its good to forget how busy you are and to just act silly to make the day a good one. :)

sure the toys are better and more fun, but the price to have these toys are outrageous. I used to be into car audio big time before I got into tuning, and now, I miss car audio cause it was so much cheaper

i miss the no responsiblity days where i could do no wrong because i could use "i am just a kid, i dont know better" excuse.

i miss the days when u didnt really have to study and worry about not graduating....

Right, so, can someone start a thread about the good things about being old?

I just turned 20 and feel like my life's almost over. Bleh.
