It does have one small rust spot on the trunk, weird because the car has been in FL its whole life and there are no other rust spots. I test drove it on saturday and everything works well. I think it may have an out of balance tire, and there is a small scuff on one of the side skirts, other than that and the rust, the paint is flawless. guy said i can have it for 7k, but now that i have driven it, i think i can talk him down to 6-6.5k

haha, well that seals the deal, now i have to buy it.

The bank should be calling me tomorrow with the loan approval, and as long as the dealership still has it, i'm probably gonna go for it, unless someone here can find me a 5 spd.

thats what i'm planning on, well 5 spd at least, i might go turbo ka instead of sr. but the thing is, i have a 5spd 90 hatch sitting in my driveway, doesnt run, but the transmission and all clutch parts are good. so i basically have everything i need for the swap already.
