It's garrett and comes with a warranty, thats nice. I don't exactly like the feedback though, but could be worse.

not worth it. I paid 375 dollars for my r33 t28 which had 3000 miles on it after being rebuilt with upgraded fans. Keep shopping around you'll find a better deal. and i believe this one is rebuilt i didnt read through it fully but even if it was i wouldnt upgrade from a t25 to a s14 sr t28. Minimum i'd go is a s15 t28. But i like your idea of a gti-rt28. If you buy one of those turbos and send it off to be rebuilt have upgraded fans put in it and have the compressor housing ported you can make 350rwhp on 20psi. A kid in my town did it. made me wish i did the same
