Ok heres the deal , next weekend ill be running against a civic ek hatch with a h22 swap , has anyone ever rode or drove one of theese , should it be a threat.

I have a s13 w/rb20det , full apexi n1 exhaust , custom 3.5 downpipe , fmic and running at 12psi on stock turbo

a friend of mine's ek hatch w/ the h22 swap ran 14sec flat on street tires--so possible high 13's if slick or drag radial is in the mix. so you better beat him or you're sorry driver. lol.

Everyone drives differently. Especially with their Hondas.

On the contrary though, they aren't too slow, they do run 13's.. so you'll just have to find out for yourself.

A friend of mine with a 3rd gen teg with an h22 swap was running low 13's constantly on street tires. all it had was intake and straight piping.

You need to upgrade that turbo! THen you won't have to worry about much other than supercharged mustangs and what not

or bump the boost to atleast 1-bar for the race, be careful though your tubo may not last.

Yeah H22 Ek hatches run low 13's. If he hooks then you might not be too happy. Get a set of drag radials and call it a day. Nissan, RWD, Skyline..... What else do you want? You got this guy in the bag if you can get him on the lauch, turbo should keep you ahead and hes not gonna catch you after that. Tape This Beyotch.-Alex

kind of off subject, but i was just cruising around about a week ago, and a crx pulls up next to me, he revved it just a little and i thought jeez, another honda i have to smoke, to my suprise he smoked me hard. i'm not sure what he was running but the turbo was friggin loud. and im pretty sure it had vtec. I have rb20 with cold air intake, hybrid FMIC, N1 catback, mckinney 3" DP, 440cc injectors, and was boosting 12.5. I couldn't believe it. He chirped 4th gear. That put me in my place. now just like nick said, upgrade turbo, and there's no worries.
