I'm not sure why you want pics of the mold, or the brackets unless you want to try and make some yourself. If that is the case I wish you the best of luck, its not an easy job at all and not something that the backyard mehanic will pull off succesfully. I have gone to design school and do have conections in the manufacturing field and these lights still cost me more than what the AbFlug lights would have cost me to buy. That is not counting the three months of research and development that I had to go through to combat the problems that are prevelent in all the other designs out there (moisture, fogging, etc). I can offer you them much much cheaper than they cost to initially make since I already have the molds and research completed for them (that is the expensive part).
I am not really trying sell my lights and make a huge profit or anything, if I was I would have posted in the classified section. I just posted to get general input on them. If any of you interested in them though I will be more than happy to make some for you.
But if you are adament on making your own you are more than welcome to give it a try. Here is a link for someone who has made his own lights on an MR2. maybe you can get some ideas from this as he has listed step by step what goes into making his, please keep in mind that his are a much more basic design with no exotic materials, and will still cost you much more to make than mine will cost to buy.

The method he used is completly different from mine as mine are made of composite sandwich construction (yes the same way they make F-1 bodies and frames!) so that they are much stronger and lighter. Notice that his lights are much more simple than my lights with no sculpting inside the housing, and they also cost almost 5 times as much! Also notice that Mine do not have any exposed screws holding the lexan covers in place as his does. These differences are very expensive to copy but important things to do as they add to the overall quality of my lights, and let you know that these were not something that someone just threw together in his basement to make a quick buck off of. These were lights that I built for myself for my car and have usd them for over a year of daily driving in CANADA (including winter) with no problems what so ever.
I will get more pics of my lights installed on the car as soon as I can, but it may take a little while for the reasons I have already discussed.
As i said earlier you can put whatever lights you want inside the housings as long as they are generally the same size as the ones that I have, you would just have to cut the filler piece (graphite colored piece) to accomodate them.
Once again thanks for all the interest.if you have any more questions you can email me at
