WTF? Face it, you bought a crappy kit at an outrageous price.

well actually when i went to cali to put my RB in I showed alot of people the kit and they loved it, even some of the guys who work at Signal Autos liked it, everyone in my town likes it, I've showed it to my body man(one of the best in central US) and he says it's very good quality, my point is almost everyone like it but you guys and no I'm not mad. I asked for your opinion but I can still stick up for myself. but I don't hate anyone who doesn't like it, it's cool, I mean the pics are their demo car, my car is going to look alot better then that!!

From seeing more pictures I'm inclined to believe it might look better in person. It has the potential to.

How heavy are the pieces?

Yeah, I showed those pics to like ten of my friends and they all think the bodykit is, at best, "different." Maybe everyone YOU know likes the kit, but everyone I know (except, well, you) doesn't. That includes a bunch of nameless talking heads I can dream up to back up my opinion.

At any rate, good luck with it and for the love of God, and all that is good and holy, I hope your car comes out better than the manufacturer's demo.

How wide are the tires going to be? Really don't dig the tail lights... kouki would have been much better. Too ferrari-esque wannabe styling, other than that, it's not too bad.

Sure is unique though! Don't run any badges and try to cover up the 240sx on your windows. You'll confuse the f*ck out of a lot of people

well I said in a earlyer post I have R33 lights to go in place of the ones that came with the kit. well I have the rims on their red demo car on the first page, the rims are a 18 inch-3 piece rim 18x11 in the rear and 18x9 in the front, I haven't put tires on yet, not sure. what tire size do you guys think would be best?

for the 13 piece body kit, rims and shipping, I paid $6500

The car looks like a wannabe ferrari, and it's not just the shape and number of taillights lights (which is all the saleen, lambo, and thousands of other 4 tail cars have in common with it).

The first pic made me think Porche, but the pics from the rear make me thing of the 550

or the 456

It's unique, I'm glad you're building it. Those rims are hardcore too.

There need to be some people who build cars like this. I don't personally find the abflug Supra attractive, but I'm glad it exists, it's wild but still tasteful at the same time, just like this thing.

Best of luck to you in the process. Post up *lots* of pics of the build-up, and the finished product.

Well I'm glad you have goals for your car...that bod kit...it's just not me. Since it is your money and your car I gotta say good luck to you and just because I don't like it doesn't mean you shouldn't build it....You still got my support. I gotta say if you drift it and end up breaking one of those pieces......well use your imagination. Still good luck to you!!!

Looks like a corvette and a fiero had a love child. I dunno, looks pretty dumb to me. And if you're building your car to pick up chicks, you're doing it for the wroooong reasons, and will just end up with a bunch of gold digging whores on your hands.

i think most gold digging whores tend to be the better looking of the bunch. lol. anyways, gl with that kit cuz u obviously have a good size wallet. that kit has been around for at least five years and i think u are the first person i know of to actually have bought and are trying to get it on the car. as said before, take off all the badging and any 240 labels and digits cuz u will surely confuse the police and anyone else that sees it on the road.

thanks guys for all your support!!...lol....no but really like i said it's cool if you don't like the kit but that doesn't mean you don'd have to like me . I'm a easy going person!!...and no I don't plan on drifting, my family is far far away from being well off, and so I don't have a big wallet, just alot of saving for the past 3-4 years!!

I honestly don't like the kit, but then again I've never been a fan of body kits. My question is how much body filler was used on that car, because in the picture displaying the red 240 I noticed a major bend in the reflection on the passenger side rear quarter panel. Also the back panel where the lights are appears to have a flat spot.

With the money spent on the kit I would have just built up the suspension or engine, but if your happy with it that's all that matters. Oh, and also watch out for speed bumps and parking blocks.

it doesnt look like a 240 so i hate it. A 240 should look like a 240, not a ferrari or mr2 or anything else.

as for the fit and finish on the kit...its terrible, NONE of the body lines are even, i can see the bondo waves, and it isnt a good design.~Sam

there isn't any body waves!! just the way the pic looks!!......I have the body-kit and i've showed it to my body man and he says it's really good quallity!! my body man is one of the best in central USA, he usally just does hot rods but he'll do anything, a couple of his cars have won Supper Cheavy awards and other awards, he does really good work but you have to pay for it too!! I'll prolly have to drop 6-7 grand on paint and body work though

I like it.

The back just needs a good wing to flash it up a bit... And running an RB with 500hp in that who can laugh?

Same tails as my next car...

Not to thredjack.

It is a build yerself car, it uses some corvette C-5 items and engine.

Its the 1st American Super-Car. At about a 35k build cost.

If my Job go's as planned I'll order one within the next 6-12 months.

(I need to fly down and see if I fit in one 1st 6'4" 220lb might not fit)
