I have a feeling my stock clutch is about to give, and i want to upgrade my clutch and flywheel. What do you guys think about this F1 stage 2 clutch, and 11.5 LBS. flywheel... here is the ebay link below... I was thinking about a spec stage 2 clutch, and spec flywheel, but thats real expensive. Oh, and my 240 i use for street for now... but i want to get into drifting when i get my welded diff in, and i need a good reliable clutch.... tell me what you think!

Most people I've read about who bought them urge people to avoid them. Just save up the money and buy a decent clutch and flywheel kit. Or, if you're strapped, just get the clutch and have your factory flywheel resurfaced.

i almost ordered the same thing awhile back but after doing some research I ended up ordering an exedy OEM replacement and just resurfacing my flywheel. There are a ton of examples of those clutches messing up. With the work that's involved in changing a clutch, I wouldn't want to do it twice.

Ok thanks. Im not gonna buy it then. That seller on ebay though, if you visit their store they have lots of exedy clutches. I didnt see a stage 1 or 2 exedy though... ill look again. If exedy is cheaper then spec ill do it, but then i need to look at act. But while i drop the transmission, and im in there, i want to put a lightweight flywheel in. Want to be able to accelerate faster, and slow faster with the gas... plus in drifting it makes things easier. Has anyone had any problems with the F1 flywheels?? Cause the 11.5 LBS. flywheel is cheap!

I used to have a F1 clutch it never gave me problems, but I was using it with a stock motor so there wasnt too much pressure on it
